Terms

These terms govern purchases and custom work commissioned from Greenworkz LLC ("Greenworkz") through this website.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Greenworkz may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or the work is not something the shop can deliver to a standard it is willing to put its name on.

Personalized and custom work

For personalized items, you are responsible for the accuracy of the text, spelling, dates and artwork you supply. Engraving is permanent. Please check your details before ordering.

By uploading artwork or reference files, you confirm you have the right to use them. Greenworkz will not reproduce third-party logos, copyrighted artwork, or trademarks without evidence of permission.

Quotes

Quotes are valid until the expiry date shown on the quote. A quote is an estimate based on the information supplied. If the scope changes materially, a revised quote gets issued before work continues.

Approving a quote creates a binding order for the work described in it.

Where a deposit is specified, production begins after the deposit clears. The balance is invoiced on completion.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. Greenworkz does not store card details.

Delivery and risk

Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays are outside the shop's control.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to artwork and designs you supply. Greenworkz retains rights to its own designs, product photography, and site content.

Unless you ask otherwise, Greenworkz may photograph completed work and show it as portfolio material. Say the word and your project stays private. On commissioned work this gets asked about rather than assumed.

Warranty and liability

Work is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Faulty work gets remade or refunded.

To the extent permitted by law, Greenworkz's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Greenworkz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Engineering services

Engineering consulting is provided on the scope agreed in writing before work begins. Deliverables are advisory. Responsibility for final design decisions, regulatory compliance and safety critical certification stays with the client and their qualified professionals.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published at the time you place your order.
