Where we ship

Greenworkz ships across the United States from Tennessee. Local pickup can be arranged by email for customers in the area.

For international orders, contact the shop before ordering so shipping can be quoted properly.

Production time

Stock items ship in 1 to 3 business days. Personalized and engraved pieces take 3 to 7 business days.

Production time and transit time are two different things. Personalized and made to order pieces get cut and finished after the order comes in, so the clock starts once the design details are confirmed.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination. Standard shipping is free on orders over $150.

Every shipment is tracked. You get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed over.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph the packaging and the piece, then email within 7 days of delivery. Damaged goods get replaced or refunded.

Returns on stock items

Unused stock items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or the wrong thing was sent.

Returns on personalized and custom work

Personalized, engraved and custom made pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind. They are made to your specification and cannot be resold to anyone else.

This does not limit your rights if the work is faulty, does not match what was agreed, or contains a mistake made by the shop. In those cases it gets remade or refunded.

Because of that, engraving text and spelling get confirmed before production starts on custom work. Please check your details carefully at checkout.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before production starts. Once material has been cut or engraved, cancellation gets handled case by case.
